Fire's burning, fire's burning, draw near, draw near..

Last night we headed over to Kari's for an evening of marshmallow roasting. What a nice surprise when we arrived. A blanket all laid out with treats for the kids. A bucket full of ice and beer for the men and a nice tall bellini all ready for me!



The kids have a blast with Damon and Danica. I'm sure the neighbours 20 doors down heard them running around and laughing/screaming! Even though Blake and Avery don't eat "fried marshmallows", they always wanted to roast them for Damon and "kanica"--as Avery likes to call her. What a wonderful night--we'll have to do it again real soon! Thanks Kari and Jason!

Looks like you guys had great fun. Now I've actually had a Dairy Queen ice cream Ill have to add Smores to the list of things to try in Canada!
